The country is taking precautions to avoid the spread of the virus and Premiere Van Lines and our branches across Canada are doing the same.
Moving is a very hands on service; our personnel are in people’s homes. The health and well-being of our moving personnel and our customers is top priority so effective immediately, a short questionnaire will be sent out to all potential customers before we send our moving consultants into their homes.
To protect our customers, any of our branch office personnel who are sick will be asked to stay home and contact their health provider to get an all clear before they return to work.
We have the ability to do video surveys and phone surveys to lessen the necessity of an in- home estimate and will be looking at other ways to lessen the chance of contact with COVID-19.
